This page explains how the Vamp Salon Extension Studio blog is written, who writes it, and how we keep it accurate. We publish it because we think you deserve to know where the advice you’re reading comes from.
Where our topics come from
Our blog topics aren’t guesswork. We start from the questions real people actually ask about hair extensions, color, and salon care — the same questions our stylists field at the chair every week. When we see a question come up again and again, one of our stylists writes about it from their own experience.
Who writes our posts
Every post is attributed to a real person. When a post draws on a specific stylist’s work, it carries that stylist’s name and links to their bio. When a post reflects the studio’s shared approach rather than one stylist’s, it’s published under “Vamp Salon Team.” We never invent an author or use a pen name.
How a post is made
Many of our posts begin life as a photo and a few notes from an actual appointment — a color correction, an extension install, a finished blowout. From there:
- We use AI tools to help turn those notes into a first draft, the same way a writer might use a research assistant.
- A stylist then reviews that draft line by line, corrects anything that isn’t right, and adds their own first-hand experience — the kind of detail that only comes from doing the work.
- We add real photos from our studio, not stock imagery.
- Nothing publishes automatically. A person reads every post and decides it’s ready before it goes live.
In short: AI helps us draft faster, but the expertise, the judgment, and the final say are always human.
Our commitment to accuracy
Hair is personal, and bad advice has real consequences, so we hold ourselves to a simple rule: everything we publish has to be true. We don’t exaggerate results, invent reviews, or make promises we can’t keep. If we ever get something wrong, we’ll correct it.
If you have a question about anything you’ve read here, we’d rather you ask us directly than guess. The best answer for your hair almost always comes from a consultation.
