Photo Release Terms — Model Call Program

By checking the photo-release box on the model-call application form and arriving at your Day-1 appointment, you grant Vamp Salon Extension Studio (a California limited liability company doing business at 3860 Balfour Rd, Suite C, Brentwood, CA) a non-exclusive, worldwide license to:

• Take before, during, and after photographs of your hair on both shoot days (Day 1: before photos + service; Day 2: styling, makeup, and the photoshoot itself).
• Use those photographs on vampsalon.com, our social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, and any future channels), our Google Business Profile, paid advertising on Google, Meta, and similar platforms, printed salon materials, in-salon displays, and email marketing to our subscriber list.
• Keep using those photographs indefinitely unless you submit a withdrawal request (see below).
• Edit, crop, color-correct, retouch, and combine the photographs with text or other imagery for normal marketing and editorial purposes. We will never publish a materially-altered photograph that misrepresents you or your hair service.

You do not grant us the right to:

• Sell or transfer your photographs to third parties for their own marketing or commercial use.
• Use your photographs in a way that endorses any product or service we don’t personally use or sell.
• Publicly attach your full name to your photographs without your explicit per-photo consent. (Captions normally use first name + last initial only.)
